MCHS Alumni and Friends Golf Inc., dba MCHS Alumni and Friends Scholarship Golf Tournament has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service as exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are deductible under section 170 of the code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. MCHS Alumni and Friends Golf Inc. is classified as a public charity under Codes 170 (b) (1) (A) (vi). The effective date of exemption is January 16, 2009.
